Abstract

Trichotillomania represents the symptom of pulling out hair. This has been recognised in many psychiatric disorders but is a relatively uncommon presentation. We report a case of trichotillomania associated with dementia.  Treatment with Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors was found to be effective.
